What is Web Payment?
Web Payment is an service created to provide our customers the opportunity to make their personal loans, auto loans, auto leasing and mortgage loan payments through the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without the need to have access to the Scotia Online system or a deposit account with Scotiabank.
What transactions can I make using this tool?
With this tool you are able to make payments to your Scotiabank's Personal Loan, Auto Loan, Auto Leasing and Mortgage
What payment methods can I use?
Through this platform, our customers can perform payments using the following methods : Checks issued by any PR or USA Financial Institution, Debit Cards and Credit Cards from Non-Scotiabank issuers with the logos (ATH/Visa/Master Card).
How can I access this tool?
This application can be accessed through a Link in our public web page (www.scotiabankpr.com) that can be found on our Bank with Us section on our homepage, for which the customer needs to register.
How can I register to use this application?
By following the steps described in our Users Guide, available at our web page: www.scotiabankpr.com.
When would the payments processed through this application be posted to my account?
All payments submitted before 4:00 pm, will be posted on the same day clearance. All payments received on or after 4:00 pm, will be posted the next working day.
How do I perform a claim if any payment performed through this application is not reflected on my account?
All claims will be received and processed through our Contact Center at 787-766-4999 or 1-877-766-4999, which is conveniently available 24 hours a day, or you can visit any of our our Branches throughout the island.
What can I do if I'm unable to complete the registration process?
